Returns and refunds: 7-day returns

The short version

You have 7 days from the day you receive the item to tell us you want to return it.
The item must be unused, in its original packaging, with any tags and accessories it came with.
You pay the return postage, unless the item is faulty, damaged in transit or not what you ordered. Then we pay.
We refund you within 7 days of receiving the returned item.

How to return something

Contact us within 7 days of delivery through the contact page. Give your order number (for example PK-1001) and the item you want to return.
We reply with the address to send it to. Please wait for that reply: items are often sent from our supplier, so the return address is not always the same.
Pack the item in its original packaging and send it with a service that gives you a receipt or tracking number. Keep that until your refund arrives.

Faulty, damaged or wrong items

If the item is faulty, arrived damaged, or is not what you ordered (wrong item, size or colour), tell us within the same 7 days, with a photo if you can. We pay for the return or arrange it for you, and we send a replacement or refund you in full, whichever you prefer and we can do.

Your refund

We check the item when it reaches us and send your refund within 7 days. Because you paid in cash on delivery, we refund by bank transfer or mobile wallet transfer to an account in your name that you give us. Delivery is free at the moment, so there is no delivery fee to refund or deduct.

If a returned item comes back used, damaged or incomplete, we tell you before deciding anything, and we may refund part of the price or send the item back to you.

Changing size or colour

Tell us when you contact us. If the size or colour you want is available we can send it once your return reaches us. If it is not available, we refund you.

Cancelling before it ships

You can cancel or change your order at no cost until it ships: reply to our confirmation call or message or contact us.

Your legal rights

This policy is in addition to your rights under the consumer law of Pakistan, and nothing in it takes those rights away.
