Who can order
This store sells to people in Pakistan for delivery to an address in Pakistan.
How an order becomes final
- When you place an order you are asking to buy the items in your cart. Nothing is charged at this step.
- We contact you by phone or message to confirm the item, the size or colour, the price and the expected delivery date.
- The order is final once you confirm it with us. You pay the courier in cash when it arrives.
We can decline an order, for example if the item is no longer available or a price was shown in error. If that happens we tell you.
Prices
Prices are in PKR and are the price of the item. Any delivery fee is shown in your cart and at checkout before you order (delivery is free at the moment). We may change prices on the site, but the price we confirm with you is the price you pay.
Product descriptions and photos
We describe each item as plainly and accurately as we can. The photos are AI-generated illustrations of each product design, and every product page says so; colour and small details can differ slightly from the item you receive. If a detail matters to you, ask us before you order.

Cancelling, returns and refunds
You can cancel at no cost until the order ships. After delivery, our returns and refunds page explains how long you have, what condition the item must be in, who pays the return postage and when you get your money back.
If something goes wrong
If an item is faulty, damaged in transit or not what you ordered, tell us and we put it right with a replacement or a refund. If a delay is caused by something outside our control, such as a courier disruption, a strike or bad weather, we tell you as soon as we know, and you can cancel for a full refund of anything you have paid.
Your legal rights
These terms are in addition to your rights under the consumer law of Pakistan. Nothing in them takes those rights away.
