Where we deliver
This store delivers to addresses in Pakistan. We cannot send orders from this store to other countries.
How long it takes
Delivery usually takes 3–5 business days from the day you place your order, counting Monday to Friday and not public holidays:
- 1–2 business days to confirm your order with you by phone and get it ready to send.
- 2–3 business days for the parcel to travel to you, by courier to your door, anywhere we can deliver in Pakistan.
These are usual times, not a promise. Remote areas, public holidays, weather and courier delays can add a few days. When we confirm your order we tell you the date to expect, and if anything changes we let you know.
What delivery costs
Delivery is free at the moment: no delivery fee is added to your order. If that changes, the fee is shown in your cart and at checkout before you order.
How you pay
Cash on delivery. You pay the courier in cash when the parcel reaches you. There is nothing to pay online.
Parcels and tracking
Many of our items are sent to you directly by the supplier we buy them from, so an order with several items can arrive in more than one parcel. When the courier gives us a tracking number, we pass it on to you.
If something arrives damaged or wrong
Tell us within the return window (7 days from delivery) and send a photo if you can. We put it right at our cost: a replacement, or a full refund if a replacement is not possible.
